JurisAsia LLC receives brace of recognitions in legal rankings
JurisAsia LLC has been listed as “Notable” for the practice areas Banking and Finance and M&A in the latest APAC rankings for IFLR1000, a leading international legal market research product specialised in ranking financial and corporate law firms and lawyers.
Additionally, the firm has also been named as a “Notable” in asialaw, a legal directory on Asia’s regional and domestic firms, for the practice areas Corporate M&A and Banking and Finance.
This recognition follows JurisAsia LLC being named as a firm to watch in 2023 by the Asian Legal Business Magazine earlier in the year.
JurisAsia LLC is based in Singapore and through its exclusive association with Gowling WLG, provides legal services around the world. The firm offers a full service covering mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investments, joint ventures, venture capital and private equity investments, fund management and capital markets advisory, with a particular focus on Southeast Asia.
