Clarissa’s practice involves a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, and venture capital work. Alongside that focus, Clarissa has had plenty of experience assisting high-net-worth individuals on a spectrum of contentious and non-contentious matters, including but not limited to wealth transfer and estate planning, trust and property disputes, as well as advising on complex custody and international relocation issues.

While pursuing her Bachelor of Laws at Singapore Management University, Clarissa was placed on the Dean’s List, and she graduated from Singapore Management University in 2020. Clarissa was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2021.
